Upload an insurance e-card PDF or image (JPG/PNG). We extract Name, MA-ID, Employee Code, Relation, DOB, Primary Member, Valid Upto, and Policy Holder. Works best when you upload the same style of card every time. PDFs and images are quality-boosted first, then read. You can edit any field before copying, downloading CSV, or downloading PDF.

For every PDF or image: we first raise quality to max (high-res render / upscale, contrast, sharpen), then read the text. Photos of a computer screen are harder — a screenshot or portal e-card PDF works best.
